They've got a fantastic variety of styles—so many chic and modern options, it’s hard to pick just one! The craftsmanship and quality of the pieces are something else; I’ve never come across anything quite like it. Everything is spot on, and I’m confident it’ll hold up for many years to come. I picked up the Luxor Sofa set earlier this year, which includes a sofa, two armchairs, and a couple of small round tables. I gotta say, it’s just perfect. Super comfy, and the tall backs are exactly what we were looking for to kick back and unwind. The only letdown was that we wanted an extra sofa, but they don’t offer them on their own. Thankfully, we found a retailer who was willing to sell us one separately, so now our patio is just right for hosting more guests.

Fantastic furniture and top-notch service, truly unmatched... We began purchasing a range of 4 Seasons Outdoor furniture about 5 and a half years ago as our old stuff was wearing out. Now, we’ve got a big dining table with chairs, a cozy bistro set, two spacious sun loungers, and a love seat. I can honestly say it all holds up beautifully outside on our lakeside deck, uncovered, needing just a quick jet spray a couple of times a year—best furniture I’ve ever owned. Whenever we faced issues, like a few foot stoppers coming off or our lazy Susan being a bit too lazy, replacement parts were sent our way at no cost and without any hassle. Much appreciated! 😊

Back in 2017, I got myself an 8-seater Sussex table and chair set for the garden, and I gotta say, we've been super happy with it. Recently, I reached out to 4SO because, as you might expect, the rubber feet had worn down over time. Plus, the rubber suction pads on the table had started to look yellow. I just inquired if replacements were an option. The outcome was really positive, and all the items are on their way. It's so nice to deal with a company that feels genuine, especially nowadays.

I'm really pleased with my Kingston furniture from 4 seasons. The quality is top-notch and it looks great. I got the set back in January, but just opened the cushions not too long ago and noticed one cushion was the wrong size. Their customer service was amazing, and I got a replacement right away. I’d definitely shop with this company again down the line.

Last year, I purchased a hefty rotating sunshade from this company, and it performed wonderfully during the summer. Sadly, it ceased to rotate over the winter, so I reached out to them. They responded quickly with helpful tips from a technician that fixed the issue (a bit of WD40 around the turning mechanism did the trick - living near the sea means salt in the air can be a hassle). I reached out to 4Seasons regarding getting a new cover for my sofa cushion. The problem wasn’t due to any defect; it was actually a mouse that decided to nibble on the corner of the cover!

We bought our furniture seven years back and reached out to 4 Seasons for some guidance. They set up a visit from a technician who swapped out all the caps on the chairs and inspected the table's weave. Super polite, professional, and friendly. Our furniture still appears brand new. The service from this company is truly remarkable.

Sadly, we noticed a scratch on the glass of our patio table. When we reached out to 4Seasons, they got back to us fast to sort things out. Their initial fix didn’t do the trick, but they swapped out the glass right away. Super efficient service!

Back in 2017, we bought a couple of glass-topped tables along with chairs, cushions, and a parasol. Everything's been outside since then, except for the cushions which we kept in a dry spot, and we always put a cover on the parasol. The quality is top-notch, and honestly, we haven't noticed any wear and tear. Recently, the cover for the parasol got a tear, but 4SO's customer service was quick to send a replacement at no cost, no fuss at all. Really impressed with the quality and service!
